My passion for making and decorating celebration cakes began some 15 years ago when I started making cakes for my friends’ birthdays. I am passionate about cooking and passionate about my cakes.
My celebration cakes are all handmade and designed using only the best quality ingredients.
Cakes are available in Madeira sponge, fruit cake, or chocolate cake or if a number of cakes are required for a wedding it can be a combination of these. Decorated cupcakes are also avalible
My cakes are available in a range of shapes and sizes to suit the occasion and the budget.
My kitchen has been inspected and approved by Purbeck District Council’s Environmental Health team, and I am proud to have been awarded a Food Safety Award by the Council. I am also a member of The Sugarcraft Guild.
